星期日去了吉之島閒逛，在promo檔見到一個竹炭頸椎棒（見圖片），看了一陣就買回家，110元一個。用作拍腳功頂住條頸，感覺舒適，因此推薦給大家孝慮。

You may choose from taobao.  Take note that the height of the pillow should = the length of your ring finger, as illustrated in the Japanese page.   A longer pillow is good for sleeping for the whole night.
