He also uses lots of debt to finance these developments. When there is a chance he default in his debt or got sued by shareholders, it will be difficult for others to touch his assets in Caymen Island. The rights of shareholders under Cayman Islands law differ from those under U.S. and HK law, shareholders will have difficulty protecting their rights.
