1980年2月25日。中共中央以“中發〔1980〕19號文件”發 布了《中共

中央關於為所謂“習仲勳反黨集團”平反的通知》。《通知》 指出:“習仲勳、賈拓

夫、劉景范同志都不存在所謂反黨問題,他 們之間是工作關係和同志關係。所謂“習

仲勳反黨集團”,純屬不 實之詞。這三位同志自一九六二年以後長期受批判、審查

, “文化 大革命”運動中被關押多年,是康生等人蓄意製造的一起冤案。”“習 仲勳、

賈拓夫、劉景范同志參加革命幾十年來,為黨為人民做了大 量的工作,對革命是

有貢獻的。強加給他們的反黨罪名應予推倒, 徹底平反,恢復名譽。一九六二年以

後審查他們所形成的一切誣衊 不實的結論意見和材料,應予否定。對因所謂“習

仲勳反黨集團” 問題受到株連迫害的幹部和群眾,均應予以平反,恢復名譽。”

至此, “習仲勳反黨集團”一案的真相終於大白於天下!

康生一夥機關算盡。企圖打倒習書記的罪惡陰謀雖然得暹於一 時,終究經不

起歷史的檢驗。16年以後,冰雪消融,春回大地:

十六年前亂雲飛,

黑雲壓城城欲摧。

五十二載功名顯,

無辜蒙冤反成罪。

是非顛倒難容忍

播胸我哭千滴淚。

冤案雖定公理在,

大地煙消盡明媚。

《劉志丹》小說事件和“習仲勳反黨集團案”發生已經半個世 紀了。它是八

屆十中全會上一件大事。甚至成為這次會議的主題。 不僅與新中國成立以來所發

生的“高饒聯盟”、“彭德懷反黨集團” 相聯繫,而且它在黨內開創了在意識形

態領域大搞階級鬥爭擴大化 的惡劣先例。 “利用小說反黨”也成了製造“現代

文字獄”的一個奧型案例。

    1955年

        4月，周恩來率領中國代表團出席萬隆亞非會議。
        7月1日，中共中央發出指示，在全國開展肅清反革命運動。
       9月27日，中國人民解放軍全軍實行軍銜制，為首的為十大元帥，以抗日戰爭、國共內戰以及建國中功績顯著的十人，排名由首至尾為：朱德、彭德懷、林彪、劉伯承、賀龍、陳毅、羅榮桓、徐向前、聶榮臻及葉劍英。
        10月，中共七屆六中全會通過《關於農業合作化問題的決議》，農業合作化高潮興起。
