引言


光陰荏苒,歲月流金。回顧在老領導習仲勳同志身邊工作20年的日 日夜

夜,我不禁心潮起伏,浮想聯翩,往事像電影一樣一幕幕展現在眼前。

1950年3月,我在西安由“新民主主義青年團西北工作委員會” (簡 稱

“青年團西北工委”)調到中共中央西北局任習仲勳同志的秘書,直到 1964年

5月。1962年9月黨的八屆十中全會上,習仲勳同志蒙受冤屈 被無辜戴上了

“反黨分子”的帽子,於1965年11月被下放到河南洛陽。 我在經受近兩年的

關押審查之後,全家被下放到山東濟南。從此,我們天 各一方,一別竟達14年之久。

1978年4月,習仲勳同志復出任廣東省委 第二書記,又把我調回他身邊任秘書,直

到1984年5月。我兩次擔任習 仲勳同志秘書,前後加起來正好20年。

在這長達20年的時間裡,習仲勳同志的職務變動過多次。從中共中 央西北

局書記、西北軍政委員會副主席、西北行政委員會副主席,到中共 中央宣傳部部長、

政務院(今國務院)文教委員會副主任兼黨組書記、政 務院秘書長、國務院秘書長、

副總理兼秘書長;從廣東省委第二書記、廣 東省委第一書記、廣東省革委會主任、

廣東省省長、廣州軍區第一政委 到中共中央政治局委員、中央書記處書記、全國

人大常委會副委員長,不 管他工作怎麼變動,擔任什麼職務,我們在他身邊工作的

便讀者閱讀,文中稱“書記”為“習書記”。

習書記的一生, 可以說是波瀾壯闊的一生。他經歷了各種暴風驟雨, 包括硝

煙瀰漫的對敵鬥爭和錯綜複雜的黨內鬥爭。

想當年,習書記馳驟募疆場,指揮千軍萬馬,開闢根據地,可謂威武蓋 世;新中

國成立之初,主政西北,獨當一面,那樣的意氣風發;輔佐周恩 來總理,為國事彈精

竭慮,可謂翰射引盡癖;改革開放,鎮守祖國“南大門”, 創辦特區,何等的膽識超

群;協助胡耀邦撥亂反正,配合默契,嘔心瀝血, 解難題,闖難關,又是那樣的堅韌不

拔!

習書記一生最為人們稱道的:一是和劉志丹、謝子長等一起創建了陝 甘邊和

陝北革命根據地—這是中國革命最困難的時候保留下來的唯一一 塊根據地。

這塊根據地成了中央紅軍歷盡艱險、萬里長征之後的落腳點和 爾後中國革命的

出發點。二是“文化大革命”結束以後,他主政南粵,站 在改革開放的前沿陣地,

向中央“要權”,中央發佈〔1979〕50號文件 為推進改革提供了政策支持。於

是,他帶領廣東省委“一班人” 創辦經 濟特區,為中國的現代化建設“殺開了

一條血路”。

一個陝北,一個廣東,一北一南,這是習書記70多年革命生涯中的 兩大亮點。

這兩大亮點,對中國共產黨的前途和命運,對國民經濟的發展 和國家的崛起,都產

生了重大而深遠的影響。

退居二線以後,習書記仍然執著地關注國家大事,聯繫群眾,調查研 究,批閱文

件,處理問題,就像一頭秦川老黃牛那樣,一天也沒有清閒過 耕耗雲不止,奮鬥不

息。

當年,我能調到習書記身邊工作,有一定的偶然性,但這卻帶給我一 生非同尋

常的經歷。我得以近距離感受一個共和國開國元勛的高尚情操和 人格魅力,並和

他風雨同舟、患難與共。我為此而深感榮幸和自豪。

習書記對他身邊的幾個老秘書有的稱呼全名,比如,黃植、陳熱,有 的在姓前

面加上個“老”字,如“老范”(范民新)、“老侯” (侯漢英), 唯獨對我直

呼“志功”。轉眼間,習書記離開我們已經10多年了。這10
