習書記一言一行,很注意政治影響,對自己、對親屬、對身邊 的工作人員要求

極嚴。

1958年春天,習書記和周恩來總理、彭德懷副總理一起去河南 三門峽。召集

豫、陝、晉三省領導人開會。研究三門峽水庫壩高問題。 須知庫壩的高低決定水

庫的容量,關係到河南省特別是陝西省被水 所淹面積大小及大批移民的安置。事

關重大。因此,周總理決定親 臨現場召集這次會議。我作為隨從人員前往。有幸近

距離目睹一代 偉人周恩來總理的風采,也有幸親眼看到了彭老總那憂國憂民的肅

穆神情。 -

我隨同習書記、周總理乘坐一架小型飛機從北京飛往鄭州。這是我第一次坐

飛機。那一天,風和日麗,萬里無雲。我有點興奮。甚至有些激動。周總理平易近人


,在飛機上同習書記不時地看地圖、 研究工作。我和總理的秘書李岩就站在周總理

和習書記的旁邊。隨 同的新華社記者眼疾手快。拍下了這個珍貴的歷史性場景。

飛機到達鄭州以後,我們換乘火車到達三門峽。這時彭老總已 經先期到達。一

見面。彭老總給我的印象是不苟言笑。一臉嚴肅。 總是鄒波著眉頭在思考問題。

會後。周總理、彭老總、習書記一行到陝縣、偃師縣考察座談。 接見幹部和
