two volumes of magazines and wrap them up with a towel, and lie your back neck on

it, keep your legs straight. For your feet, you just let them clap in this way

你個人體同宇宙果個震盪既弦線,你果時會感覺到有條氣由個腳跟行上黎呢,

全身通晒既,乜野病都好。咁當然你自己注意D 飲食喇,你要揾個醫生驗一驗

你個身體適應邊D 食物,唔好既你要戒既,有D 人唔鍾意食得辣野嘛,有D 人唔

食得雞蛋,有D 人雞蛋唔食牛奶架嘛。尤其是有皮膚病既人唔好食雞蛋牛奶添

喇,同埋D 小麥唔好食喇。佢果D 皮膚會敏感嘛。

01: 43 OK, this exercise does not need intentional force. But the outcome relies on

that this set of exercise brings your body back the frequency of the string of the

universe. That is why in this exercise you may feel there is stream of Qi goes from

your toes then it circulates throughout your body. It can heal all the illnesses.

Meanwhile, you should pay attention to your eating habit. You should seek a

physician to check out what food you cannot eat. You should stop eating those

causing you allergy. Say, somebody may not want to eat something spicy, somebody

cannot eat egg, somebody cannot drink milk, and especially people suffering from

skin allergy cannot eat egg, milk and wheat.

may slow down a bit. Do remember do not stop. The reason is that this set of

movement is making your wave of blood flow to be balanced with the string of the

universe. Then it will go automatically. The standard is a thousand times

01:18 用一個木盆浸腳。第一泡 : 熱水,以忍得到為主,水到脚眼就停,不要過

脚眼,是第一泡。

01:18 What you need is a wooden basin. In the first round, you do it with hot water,

the temperature of which should be the maximum you can bear. The water level

should be at your toes. Don’t be higher your toes.

01:34 第一泡泡了一段時間之後當水涼了,再加水,加水至剛過足三里便要停,

即是膝蓋對下少許,水一定要到這個位置。

01:34 Once the water gets cold, you refill the hot water in the basin. In this round, the

water level should slight higher than the Leg Three Miles acupuncture points of your

legs, where are the level just below your knees. This water level is a must.

01:51 這第二泡(到足三里位)就要泡到出汗,譬如一邊看電視一邊泡,直至泡到

出汗才可視為有效。

Getting sweaty is a sign to show that is effective.

That is my way of practice.

There is a swinging arms exercise in a Taiwan website. It is very effective as well. It

tells us that we swing our arms together; we need to slightly crouch once when we

swing them every fifth time. You folks can search it on the internet yourself. It is very

effective when two exercises combine together. I recommend it to you folks.

use wooden basin. The most important point is the size of the basin. In the first round,

the water level must be lower than your toes. In the second round, the water level

must a bit higher than Leg Three Miles point. Not to excess this height.

00:11 Dr. : 五分鐘就不答問題了,我是很現實的,我提供解答問題的方法。講理論是沒有用的,自己醫自己是最好的。

00:28 首先找些雜誌;我們原本是用毛巾包着玻璃樽,躺下讓後頸枕上。但用玻璃樽怕會有危險,可找兩本雜誌捲起來。

00:43 平常的躺下,伸直腳,就這樣拍腳掌,腳跟不動,不用力,用盪鞦韆的力,即小時侯盪鞦韆自然擺動的力。

03:19 但當你覺得累的時侯不要停下來,累的時侯要保持很慢很慢不要停。初時會快,1,2,3,4,5... 累的時候要休息,保持慢慢地動,到體能恢復可再加快,要着重那個振盪。

03:43 女主持 :  你說是相撞然後再自己撞開……。  Dr. : 但也會很快覺得累,累的時候也要保持慢拍不要停。要做到人體內血液的振盪,讓人體與宇宙弦線振盪重拾平衡,達至自動運行。

04:05  一千下以上,如有病座輪椅或行動不便者,要拍到三千多下。

04:16 女主持 : Dr. 真的有預知能力,亦有人問如行動不便可否做這個。有頸椎病的亦可做。
