■ 操作
Operation
1. 彎曲雙手的中指
bend middle fingers of both hands
2. 兩中指的指甲互相觸碰
connect fingernails of both middle fingers together
3. 兩手掌互相觸碰
connect two palms together
4. 伸直其餘手指
extend rest of fingers

Benefits of Asthma Mudra
1. 放鬆呼吸管道的肌肉
relaxes muscles along respiratory tract
2. 鬆弛緊縮的支氣管
relaxes tigtened bronchial tubes
3. 降低哮喘的復發率

Note
1. 每天練習3次,每次練習5分鐘
practise 3 times per day; each time for 5 minutes
