https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ciJAoV17Acc&feature=youtu.be
0:00 Some netizens said that after using your air purification machine, his mother slept better
than before, why so amazing?
0:12 It has nothing to do with me. It (air purification machine) is a Swiss-made product.
0:15 However, we did not promote it intentionally. It is sold to insiders who appreciate it.
0:21 If people do not appreciate it, they will not buy. People came to buy it themselves.
0:27 Switzerland is leading in the technological level in the world now. Their investment is
very large. This machine (air purification machine) can adjust gas field, the air particles, and
molecules. It is very powerful.
0:43 Therefore a netizen posted online text, that he put my air purification machine and used
Swiss spring water for irrigation of plant. After that, the growth of plant is completely
different. However, we do not promote to sell it to avoid troublesome of severing too many
customers.
01:00 I have not earned a lot of money from its sales. Supplier supplies to me with discounted
price and we sell out with discounted price.
01:05 I am using it myself. People often provide the latest technological products to me.
01:12 After using the product, I think the product is good. Some people know I am using it
and asked me about it. I tell them about it. If you like it and also economically affordable, you
can buy it!
1:18 This machine involves a different type of knowledge, such as radiation and other things.
1:24 I cannot certify this function of it yet.
1:27 On 7th September, the moon is the roundest.
1:30 One week earlier, the moon is the roundest just like that on 7th September. I still do not
know whether this machine will contend with gravitation of planet.
1:40 However, this machine changes gas field, especially when you hear the sound from audio
equipment, the effect is most obvious. Air molecules changed, it is particularly pleasant when
listening to sound from audio equipment.

Recently, there is a news about voluntary conditional health insurance scheme
But nobody mentioned the system of health insurance
It seems like secure the cost of treatments for illnesses
But the hidden crisis is enormous
Let us investigate this
According to the information I gathered, I have conducted a research in the market
Some people would survive if they did not buy health insurance, but those who bought health insurance will die innocently. Do you know why, Joan?
Those who buy health insurance will die?
Yes, people who buy health insurance will die and those who don’t buy will survive
For instance, if I’m sick
My health insurance will cover around a hundred thousand HKD
I can visit a doctor without paying, the insurer will cover all the costs
In this way, when I go to see a doctor
I will depend on the health insurance
Then, bad doctors will tell you to do unnecessary body checks.
Check this and check that.
After routine medical examination, they will ask for a doctor report and ask you to do MRI scan, brain scan, and even more, renal function test, liver function test, and blindly check your body.
At least spending tens of thousands HKD, because the insurer will pay for them.
At that time, bad doctors can control you.
This seems to have artificial benefits because you do not have to pay
But when does the greatest danger appear?
When you have some specific illnesses,
Because western medical method is confrontational treatments
Do surgery!
They would advise you to change your knee pan at a very young age
Because of knee pan injuries
They have limited medical skills
How much is a surgery? To remove a tumour, such as a sebaceous cyst, remove any benign tumour
Doctors give ambiguous advice. If you don’t remove a tumour, it may give rise to malignant neoplasms. So you remove it.
Because of the health insurance you bought, the insurer will pay the bill
At this point, you start to afraid of death unconsciously, because you don’t have to pay, you won’t resist doctors
But what if I don’t have money? A hundred thousand HKD? No money so no treatment, then I need to seek other treatment methods.
And try some herbal medicine, Chinese medicine and other alternative treatments.
Keep trying until a treatment cures you
The one who did surgery is screwed.
Doing surgery does not mean that you are cured.
Surgeries do not cure the origin of illnesses
The root of illnesses remains
It will recur and spread
Then this is the end of it
Therefore, buying insurance is the cause of your death
You are careless and greedy
Thinking that you don’t need to pay for western medicine, while you need to pay for Chinese medicine.
Thus giving your life away
This is the first reason, what about the second one?
Because you can claim money from health insurance
That’s why in our society
Doing body checks in public hospitals need to wait for months, we need to wait for too long!
We have the right to suspect that public hospitals’ doctors are protecting the interest of their industry.
They will always ask you to do body check outside
If you want a fast report, you can go to private hospitals for body check
Right! Thus there are many linked health check centres.
This is a conspiracy led by all doctors
The rent is expensive and made up different excuses
Thus this is a medical trap
You are walking into this trap
Why do you need so many body checks?
Am I right?
We cured a person a few days ago
Do we need body check?
We know is there a problem at his/her legs by watching the walking posture of the person
Which tendon is twisted, “Qi” is not running, tissue has problems
How can you check this by machines? Medical reports cannot reflect these problems. Thus this world has a big trouble.
Now the problems in America’s economy is contributed by the problem of health insurance.
Because there are a large sum of money in the pool, everyone is trying to get the most out of it.
Because of the insurance system, doctors are more likely to open private clinics, thus public hospitals are lack of doctors.
Now public hospitals are trying to import doctors, but the doctors’ association put them into a difficult position, examining their Cantonese.
Utterly nonsense! All doctors studied medicine in English.
In fact, nurses can translate Cantonese for foreign doctors.
All of them are protecting their own interests.
The whole medical system is out of control.
The government invested tens of billions HKD, all wrong, all wrong.
If you want to open the medical industry,
It’s very simple, let Taiwan takes care of the whole medical system
Taiwan would fix the insurance, send doctors, and design the system of hospitals.
Because they have the best medical system in Asia.
You always talk about China, Hong Kong and Taiwan are all united. Ask Taiwanese to come, they have many talented people
Right?
Then they will all be screwed, they will become unemployed.
Those bad doctors are very clever, they have other options such as migrant, maternal service, and cosmetic service.
Snakes have snake’s road, rats have rat’s road, ask bad doctors to open clinic in Mainland.
Let Taiwan in charge would be successful
I believe that they would be very happy to help you.
They would improve the whole medical system, they have relevant experiences, and Asia best medical service system is in Taiwan.

00: 00 It seems that friends in the chatroom are less likely to ask the questions about
money, but they are concerned about the questions about health. So Dr. Kwok,
would you carry on answering those questions or…
00: 10 Is the time up?
00: 11 there is five minutes left, this session
00: 12 Only five minutes left, I think I would not answer new questions at this
moment. I am a pragmatist. I would like to offer you folks the solutions.
00: 19 Everybody also wants to have good health
00: 21 It is useless to just talk about theory. What you did is useless. Self-healing is
the best way to go. For example, you use a magazine, originally you should use a
glass bottle, and wrap them with a towel, and then lie your back neck on that
magazine. Lie on the bed. Glass in some sense may be dangerous to do that. You fold
two volumes of magazines and wrap them up with a towel, and lie your back neck on
it, keep your legs straight. For your feet, you just let them clap in this way
00:53 Clap our feets in this way?
00: 54 No. Our toes should not move in this exercise
00: 55 I see. Keep our toes fixed, and clap the feet
00: 56 Yes. Clap it in this way

00: 57 Be aware that do not intend to use force. You may use the force just like you
play on swings. So to speak, you played on swings when you were a child, you would
have let it swing by itself. I mean you let your feet swing and hit each other and
bounce apart. Some cases, who were sitting in a wheel chair, tried this exercise and
got recovered at the end
01: 12 Yes. There is a question about what if the body gets something wrong, what
can we do, for example, the walking Zen?
01: 19 This feet exercise is the most powerful. You folks may teach it to your parents
and senior generations in your families. That is the most powerful. Actually, that is
an exercise taught by a supernatural entity. “it” left it to my. The story is pretty
magical, but I do not want to talk much on it today because it is my story. What I can
say is that exercise successfully healed many people
01: 38 Actually letting our feet hit each other?
01: 39 lie on the bed, but your back neck lie on that stuff, let your feet hit and
bounce
01: 42 Not using the pillow
01: 43 OK, this exercise does not need intentional force. But the outcome relies on
that this set of exercise brings your body back the frequency of the string of the
universe. That is why in this exercise you may feel there is stream of Qi goes from
your toes then it circulates throughout your body. It can heal all the illnesses.
Meanwhile, you should pay attention to your eating habit. You should seek a
physician to check out what food you cannot eat. You should stop eating those
causing you allergy. Say, somebody may not want to eat something spicy, somebody
cannot eat egg, somebody cannot drink milk, and especially people suffering from
skin allergy cannot eat egg, milk and wheat.
02: 25 This exercise is very good. It can heal everything I would say
02: 27 Actually, should we not to lie our head on a pillow, but lie our back neck on
that stuff?
02: 29 For sure. Using two volumes of magaize, fold it in the size that looks like a
beer can
02: 34 OK. Everybody please does not hesitate if you have any question. Dr. can
answer you instantly
02: 39 Some days ago, there was a youngster injured in a bicycle accident in Taiwan.
People also dropped me an email. I taught them some ways to help that youngster. I
heard of that youngster has become awake a bit
02: 51 Let us continue in the next session
02: 52 That is very useful. Let us continue in the next session
02: 53 Let us start
02: 56 Yes, Dr. What you was just talking about health issues. Many people ask how
long should the clapping feet exercise last?
03: 08 Over a thousand times
03: 12 Over a thousand times, actually
03: 13 we need less than fifteen minutes to finish it
03: 14 we do not need fifteen minutes to finish it
03: 17 Say, you make twice in a second. You may feel tired in this rhythm. I need to
clarify. You should not stop even you feel tired when you are doing the exercise. You
can slow it down but should not stop. You make it faster in the beginning, one two
three four five six seven eight nine ten… but should not stop once you feel tired. You
at least keep moving a bit until your physical capacity recovers. You can make it
faster again
03: 42 what you just said…
03: 43 You have to get the swing
03: 45 You said let the feet hit each other and bounce apart
03: 45 Exactly. It is the best.
03: 48 Bounce apart
03: 48 Yes, exactly
03: 49 It just like bouncing balls
03: 50 If you feel tired, you still have to keep your feet hitting each other, yet you
may slow down a bit. Do remember do not stop. The reason is that this set of
movement is making your wave of blood flow to be balanced with the string of the
universe. Then it will go automatically. The standard is a thousand times
04: 11 If you suffer from illness, need to sit in a wheelchair, or incompetent to walk
properly, you should do over three thousand times
04: 18 Oh yes Dr.! You do have prediction ability. There is a question that asks if a
person cannot walk, can he/she do this exercise?
04: 25 For sure, they may do that
04: 28 Can the people with Cervical Spine symptoms do that too?
04: 29 For sure. Their whole body can get relaxed. This exercise is to reboot your
capacity which you have had it when you was still a fetus. So to speak, it makes your
body reboot according to the wave of the universe

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjFJzw4lsCU
00:00 Let me teach you folks a way to do foot bath, and you folks may introduce it to
your parents and relatives.
00:09 Had you visited Lushan or Taishan in China, you would have seen some Daoist
monks, who are 80 or 90 year-old. They walk faster than you folks, even they can run
up the mountain.
00:22 Some of you folks may have seen them. They run up the mountain quickly. The
speed may be faster than the youngsters’.
00:34 They have a Daoist tip to do foot bath. I did a study on this topic, so I learnt
from everywhere, no matter they are Daoist monks or wizards.
00:45 The Brother of Muslims are impressive as well. They can kill an ox with just
two fingers. This Hard Qiqong in Xinjiang is very impressive indeed.
00:52 Every school do have their own good knowledge. It is the world’s knowledge.
We are keen on learning that knowledge. I visited lots of masters for it.
01:07 Today, what I want to share is the Daoist way of foot bath. You folks can teach
the older generations in your home.
01:18 What you need is a wooden basin. In the first round, you do it with hot water,
the temperature of which should be the maximum you can bear. The water level
should be at your toes. Don’t be higher your toes.
01:34 Once the water gets cold, you refill the hot water in the basin. In this round, the
water level should slight higher than the Leg Three Miles acupuncture points of your
legs, where are the level just below your knees. This water level is a must.
01:51 This round of foot bath, which the water level is at Leg Three Miles points,
should be done until you get sweaty. You may do it while you are watching TV.
Getting sweaty is a sign to show that is effective.
02: 06 For my own, I use a tall wooden basin instead. I intend to buy a tall wooden
basin, even with a thermometer and with a function to pour out stream and hot water.
That is my way of practice.
02:26 Recently, because I was a bit lazy, I have not done that. Meanwhile, I have been
practicing other exercises so my feet do not have any problem.
02:34 If the family members of you folks suffer from after stroke, hypertension or
blocked veins, I am afraid that they may feel dizzy or other problems.
02: 45 Soong May-ling could live until about a hundred year-old, the main reason is
she did the foot bath in this way every night. So I think that is a good practice.
02:58 If you have time, you may not only do the clapping feet exercise, but also
clapping hands (唔係甩手?) exercise. Although clapping hands exercise is not my
invented by me, yet I think it is very effective once those two exercises combine to
practice together.
There is a swinging arms exercise in a Taiwan website. It is very effective as well. It
tells us that we swing our arms together; we need to slightly crouch once when we
swing them every fifth time. You folks can search it on the internet yourself. It is very
effective when two exercises combine together. I recommend it to you folks.
03: 26 Somebody asked a question about the basin. It does not matter if you do not

use wooden basin. The most important point is the size of the basin. In the first round,
the water level must be lower than your toes. In the second round, the water level
must a bit higher than Leg Three Miles point. Not to excess this height.
03: 38 In the second round, do the foot bath until you get sweaty. There is no effect if
you do not do it until you get sweaty.

00.00 Some netizens just asked you. He/she felt painful at his/her knees when he/she was walking up and down the stairs. Having consulted Dr. Kwok, he/she felt a lot better after practicing clapping feet exercise according to Dr. Kwok’s suggestion.
00.13 In addition, he also needs to drink better quality mineral water. I did also teach him how to find and drink.
00.16 Yes. He just asked if he does the clapping feet exercise for twenty minutes each time, is it too much?
00.22 First of all, I would say it is not too much that doing that for twenty minutes. But be careful you don’t need to clap the feet strongly. Why do I suggest you folks to do clapping feet exercise and swinging arms exercise? I remind you folks a secret, which you folks may have forgotten.
00.35 You folks may have forgotten a lot of things since you were born. Just as I told you folks that humans get changed both each seven days and seven years. Once one is born, regardless of boy and girl, your hands also grab up and your legs kick on both sides.
00.49 Yes, it does.
00.50 doesn’t it?
00.52 Hands also move on both sides.
00.55 Particularly, you would see when the fingers are grabbing, except the thumbs. That’s the internal strength what I just said.
00.57 Grabbing hands to catch somebody?
00.58 No. The thumbs place inside and do not open. Just as what I said, the internal strength, it is using the thumb to press the centre of the palm. Infant children close the thumbs inside (the palm), because of grabbing things. And Legs kick on both sides in a particular way.
01.00 Yes!
01.11 Actually, infant children have to kick their legs to grow. Now I am teaching you folks clapping feet exercise and swinging arms exercise because they help you restart your mechanism which you folks used when you are in infant. By doing those kinds of exercise, you can restart your bodily mechanism to restore the energy. That’s what we should to do. After all, that’s the original growth mechanism we have.
01.35 A few people realize these stuffs because not many people can still remember what was happening before 3 years old.
01.38 Of course.
01.40 Let alone ask you to remember the stuffs before one month old? Therefore, you folks should consider all the skills I taught you scientifically. I am a very scientific minded person. I never talk something that I have not tried nor proved. Otherwise, it is not my style.
02.01 In those years, I challenged my master. That led my colleagues condemned me despising the master. At that time, I asked my master a question when he was lying on the bed in a ward. I asked him if it is useless that you use fingers to calculate what will happen. I know that you really know once that person appears. In other words, using fingers to calculate is useless because you have known everything when that person appears. He suddenly paused talking and did not answer me. I asked my master if it is true. He ceased talking and dared not to answer me. Actually somebody looks at him; he has had some clues about that person indeed. Using fingers to calculate is such a
useless gesture I would say.
02.43 That’s why my colleagues dislike me because I always uncover mysteries and lies, such as Liaison Office of the Central People's Government. As I am a scientist, I am dedicated to studying human body. I always study human body even at the very micro level.
02.56 Essentially, you could know how to repair your body only if you have known your body thoroughly.
03.01 You cannot blindly guess it and tell lies. It is unfair to anybody even yourself. So, that’s why I teach you folks drinking better quality mineral water and making blessing mineral water with a pearl by yourself. Actually, those are not expensive at all. It is cheaper than what you buy handbags, smart phones and repairing your car which may cost you ten thousand dollars a year. If you do not want to spend a few thousand dollars on yourself to get healthy, god cannot help you I would say.

00:01 We should first give our appreciation to the people who have made or are going to make contribution to the knowledge of human health
00:17 Whatever nationality they are
00:20 We pay respect to them
00:24 The first question for all of you is:
00:28 Anyone knows how long is the history of Traditional Chinese Medicine?
00:32 Raise your hand
00:36 Since the term "Traditional Chinese Medicine" was created, or since the existence of Traditional Chinese Medicine was recognized, how long that history is?
00:47 And except the term "Traditional Chinese Medicine"
00:50 What else are able to represent Traditional Chinese Medicine?
00:55 Because Traditional Chinese Medicine has lots of its own characteristic, any synonyms of Traditional Chinese Medicine?
01:01 When such words or phrases are spoken people know it represents Traditional Chinese Medicine
01:06 You should go home and take a nap
01:09 There are serveral hundred kinds of Chinese medcial art
01:11 How could one single medical art represents Traditional Chinese Medicine?
01:17 OK it should be uncommon knowledge
01:25 Here are some introduction first
01:27 In terms of both Chinese and western medicine
01:29 The earliest emerged Traditional Chinese Medicine was called "The art of Qi and Huang"
01:33 which is based on Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon, where the conversation between Qi bo and Huang di was recorded
01:40 In Sanguo era there was a doctor whose name was Dongfeng (220-280)
01:44 He didn't charge money for treatment
01:47 But some gifts that he required
01:49 He requried every patient to plant a ginkgo
01:54 back in his garden
01:56 Therefore it got more and more ginkgo
01:58 Around the house, even the neighbouring houses, there are ginkgoes
02:03 That's why it is called "Ginkgo jungle"
02:04 You must have heard of it, "Ginkgo jungle master"
02:06 So "Ginkgo jungle" can stand for the spirit of Traditional Chinese Medicine
02:09 Another phrase representing Traditional Chinese Medicine is "The art of the green backpack"
02:16 A green back pack by its name
02:20 A story involving Hua tuo
02:22 At that time Hua tuo kindly spoke to Cao cao
02:24 About your headache, I can slit your skull
02:28 to treat your disease
02:31 While Cao cao thought Hua tuo tried to kill him in this way
02:33 So he delegated the order to behead Hua tuo, making Hua tuo to flee
02:37 But he was then caught and imprisoned
02:40 Before the execution
02:42 As there were many books about medicine in his green backpack
02:46 He left it for the warden
02:51 Who guarded the prison at night
02:53 The warden then took and returned some of the books to the government
02:59 And kept the rest for himself
03:03 That's how Hua tuo's medicical art was able to be spread out and passed on
03:05 So when we mention Traditional Chinese Medicine passed from Hua tuo
03:08 we can say it is "The art of the green backpack"
03:11 which originated from Hua tuo
03:13 OK the 4th phrase for Traditional Chinese Medicine
03:16 As we all know, sometimes you can see it in Traditional Chinese Medicine stores
03:20 "Hanging pot aiding the world"
03:22 Have you heard about it?
03:24 Have you? Explain it? Anyone know the full story?
03:27 Of course it is related to a gourd, but there is further story
03:32 Yet it is 'pot' in that phrase
03:36 But not 'gourd' ('pot' and 'gourd' sounds the same in Chinese)
03:41 Who invented that?
03:43 How did the phrase come out?
03:46 We have to say more about it
03:53 In Han dynesty there was a man whose name was Fei Chang Fang
03:59 He was an ascetic and living a bit of monastic life
04:03 He was pretty idle and wandering around the street every day
04:06 One day he went into a barter
04:09 He saw an old man treating patients
04:13 Next to him there hanged a gourd
04:17 A bit larger in size than the normal ones
04:20 Everytime the old man finished diagnosing he probed his hand into the gourd
04:23 Brought some medicine out for the patient
04:26 He peeped him from a distance
04:29 Wondering "how could he put his hand into such a small gourd?"
04:33 It was just mysterious
04:38 He continued to observe the old man for a time until one day
04:42 Because he didn't see the old man charging any patients
04:45 He was very respectful to him
04:46 Wondering "He treated patients all day like that!"
04:48 Therefore he brought him some wine and good food
04:52 to serve the old man
04:56 The old man was very happy
04:58 and said, "Come here again tomorrow"
05:01 He did went there again the other day
05:06 The old man then held his hand
05:08 And jumped into the gourd together with him
05:13 After entering the gourd
05:15 It was another world
05:20 Extremely beautiful, like a paradise
05:22 He stayed there for 10 days
05:25 During that time the old man taught him lots of medical art and skills
05:27 within 10 days
05:30 His name is Fei Chang Fang, you can google it
05:34 When he was about to leave after ten days
05:37 The old man
05:40 asked him to pick up a stick from the corner
05:46 and said "You can go home sitting on the stick"
05:51 He thought the old man was teasing him
05:52 "How can I sit on such a small stick!"
05:55 The old man replied "Don't bother asking, just sit on it"
05:57 He then sat on the stick and got out of the gourd in a moment
05:59 and went straight back home after getting out
06:02 After getting back his mother had already been grey-haried
06:05 His children had grown up
06:06 It turned out to be 10 years since he left
06:08 10 year... He stayed there for 10 days but in real life it was 10 years
06:11 Because of Fei some prescriptions were passed on
06:14 Rumor says after Fei had treated many patients in his late life
06:19 He disappeared
06:21 It is said that the old man come again, picked him up and disappeared together
06:27 But not died, you can google it
06:31 So that's the originality of Traditional Chinese Medicine
06:34 However it has been less than 200 years since Traditional Chinese Medicine got its formal name
06:42 less than 200 years
06:43 From 1827
06:46 Right after the Opium War in 1827
06:49 Westerners came to preach
06:52 They had a habit to treat patients for free when preaching
07:02 That time there was a ophthalmologist whose name was Guo Shu Lei
07:06 He is from East India Company
07:09 He established a hospital to treat diseases including eye diseases for free
07:13 and preaching as well
07:14 Later in China they were widely spread out as Christnaity
07:19 thereby claimed a lot of land from the goverment
07:21 and more hospitals were built
07:24 After that they started charging in high price
07:26 Nowadays the French hospitals in HK are doing the same thing! They keep charging more and more
07:29 For exampel, Baptist Hospital also came from the support of churches
07:32 At the beginning it was free, now the fee is getting higer and higher
07:36 The same situation at that time...
07:41 OK since our topic reached here
07:43 Let's take a pause and switch back to the history of origin
07:46 The orgin of western medicine
07:50 Who knows When did western medicine come into existence?
08:01 Sicne Traditional Chinese Medicine can date back to the emerge of Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon
08:11 in about 500 BC
08:15 Back then it was not called "Traditional Chinese Medicine", but "The art of Qi and Huang"
08:17 which was the conversation between Qi bo and Huang di
08:21 Almost at the same time in about 500 BC
08:25 Western medicine came on stage as well
08:31 It is
08:35 Western medicine started to develop
08:40 Starting from Chibolagadi(?)
08:43 Back then they adopted Vata (Wind), Pitta (Fire), and Kapha (Earth, water)
08:46 So I suspected that they had learned the medical art from ancient India and adopted it for use
08:52 In acient India
08:53 Because they were then using the system of Vata, Pitta and Kapha
08:55 in combined with bile or phlegm
09:01 or blood
09:04 So in 500 BC
09:09 There were many communal characteristic between acient Indian medicine and Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon
09:15 We used the five element system (metal, wood, water, fire, earth), they asserted the earth, water, fire and wind system
09:18 There is a principle here
09:21 For example when we are doing researches
09:23 For the scholar who is doing research
09:26 The target of the research is an object
09:28 It can be a bottle or an animal
09:30 Or other.. subjects
09:34 Mostly the research target is way different from the researcher himself or herself
09:42 Say if you investigate a cup, the cup is definitely not yourself (which is a human)
09:44 Definitely not, just few cases when the research targets are the same with the researcher
09:48 The only exception is the medical research
09:50 when the target under investigation and the researcher are the same thing
09:53 Because what you are investigating is a human!
09:56 In other words it is human who is doing research about human, a bizarre case isn't it?
10:01 Because usually they are different objects
10:05 Well since they are the same
10:09 There is no need to classify eastern and western researchers
10:13 It is human that eastern researchers are investigating
10:15 Also it is human that western researchers are investing
10:18 Since then why
10:21 it evolved two different systems after developing for a long time?
10:23 Who knows the reason?
10:31 The research objects are both human, why there are differences between two medical systems?
10:36 When did they begin to be parted? Why were they parted?
10:40 If we ellaborate on it today there would be much detail involved
10:43 You don't know too much about human body
10:48 If you don't even know a little about the method or treatment that the doctor is providing you with
10:57 It is just not appropriate
11:01 In other words you are just guessing
11:03 Whether the diagnosis from the doctor is correct or not
11:10 You are just guessing, or simply believing in the doctor without any reasons
11:14 Fine so what's the differece between Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine?
11:18 In 200 AD
11:25 Two figures appeared at the same time in China and in the west
11:28 Galen in the west
11:32 who discovered and influenced Human Embryology and Anatomy
11:45 So he started pursuing realistic proof
11:48 which is not simply pulse reading, guessing, observing the physical state, face, tongue, and so on
11:54 but to truly dissect the actual human body in a practical way
11:56 therefore he depicted the first figure of anatomy of human embryo
12:03 which was made public by Galen in 200 BC
12:08 That leaded western medicine to a way of pursuing realistic proofs and reasoning
12:15 they valued phisics and science of medicine, highlighting the scientific aspect
12:20 they pursued the microscopic world of everything
12:24 kept pursuing gradually, till 200 BC when Galen was active in western medicine
12:31 Right in the same era there was a figure named Zhang Zhongjing in China
12:34 In the same era
12:35 Zhang Zhongjing wrote Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease (Shanghan Lun) and Synopsis of Golden Chamber (Jinkui Lun)
12:41 More than 200 prescriptions in total were recorded in these two books
12:46 In all of the cases, realistic proof were not the way to diagnose the diseases
12:50 When a same patient is treated
12:52 Zhang Zhongjing relied on dialectical therapy, which is chronically used in Traditional Chinese Medicine
13:06 Or dialectical ideology and therapy
13:12 in which reasoning is based on sympton of the patient
13:15 From then on the split appeared
13:20 In 450 AD
13:24 The development of western medicine began to stagnate
13:28 It entered the one-thousand-year dark ages
13:33 The middle ages, when Europe fell into dark ages
13:40 wholely controlled by theocracy, no way to bring any enhancement or progress
13:43 It's all God's decision, you could review that history
13:46 The development of western medicine in Europe had been stagnant for a thousand years
13:50 which was the a-thousand-year dark ages of European history
13:53 During this period, smallpox appeared from about 160 AD
14:00 Smallpox resulted in the collapse of Roman empire
14:05 Till 1979 the global eradication of smallpox was certified
14:08 The death toll was estimated to be a billion
14:13 a billion people was died of smallpox
14:14 From 1453
14:25 Nicolaus Copernicus, you should have all known from reading, the person who proposed Heliocentric theory
14:33 a model of the universe that placed the Sun rather than the Earth at the center of the universe
14:38 Meanwhile there was a doctor whose name was Andreas Vesalius
14:44 He renewed and perfected anatomy
14:50 From then on western medicine has been rapidly
14:53 Following that was Bacteriological, Cytology
14:57 delving deeper into the microscopic world
15:00 Nowadays the medicine has reached the level of submolecular research
15:05 followed by the genetic research
15:10 The knowledge in this aspect has always been developing rapidly
15:13 This area
15:16 So this is the basis of western medicine
15:20 they keep pursuing the realistic proof and ideology
15:25 which is very practical and realistic, every assumption or conclusion should be based on evidence
15:29 in hope for the explanation and a way of cure to a sympton in an extremely microscopic world
15:36 Since they try to obtain proof or evidence in such a microscopic world
15:40 In most of the cases they tend to assembly anything
15:44 Sometimes they dismantle a part of the body
15:46 and then install an object back, for example, heart
15:50 In other words, replacing components, because they adopt the microscopic ideology, you know?
15:55 which means they can replace this and replace that
15:58 For example replacing a piece of bone with a gum and reassembly it
16:02 This is the microscopic world
16:04 OK in China, in the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine
16:09 From Zhang Zhongjing it evolved and developed
16:15 In terms of treating smallpox, Traditional Chinese Medicine was more outstanding
16:19 In Tang and Song Dynesty, the treatment was already remarkable and many prestigious doctors were at that age
16:35 In Yuen Dynesty, there was a doctor whose surname was Wei, Wei Yilin
16:41 who invented a method to treat fracture by suspension
16:47 the prototype of the using stands to suspend your limbs on bed
16:52 Invented by Chinese, 600 years earlier than the westerners did
16:56 How did Chinese treat smallpox at that time?
17:01 That's why Traditional Chinese Medicine has saved countless lives
17:03 For western medicine it was very lately that vaccinia was invented
17:08 Infected a cattle with smallpox and extracted the vaccinia from milk, and then planted into the human body, in this way smallpox was controlled
17:14 Back then Chinese were clever treating smallpox
17:18 They collected the clothing that had been worn by a child who happened to be infected with smallpox
17:23 and made another healthy child wear it for a while
17:28 in this way infecting the child slightly with smallpox virus
17:32 so that antibody was created in the body of that child, the same mechanism as planting vaccinia
17:38 Is it a clever way or not? They already thought of that before
17:42 In addition they extracted the smallpox virus from child's body and plant it in other people's nostrils, sinus vaccines
17:51 Therefore back then there was a "Sinus Bureau" set up in China
17:55 which was specialized for smallpox
17:59 They were operated in a pretty meticulous way
18:03 They set different doses for differnt children
18:10 based on gender, height, weight, season, and some other factors
18:15 to adjust the dose of medicine and the duration of clothes being worn
18:20 also there were full follow-up for the patients
18:23 OK that's it for this session
18:26 Now I'll continue to talk about the history of some origin, if you are not clear about the it
18:32 you could not understand the conflicts between western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine
18:36 In the Traditional Chinese Medicine system a lot of famous doctors emerged till Qin Dynasty
18:47 For example, Sun Simiao, Li Shizhen, Ye Tianshi, Wu Gutong, etc.
18:52 Doctors in a national level, from Ming Dynasty all the way through Qin Dynasty
18:56 You can search them in the internet
18:57 Many famous doctors appeared in different dynasties
19:01 A widely spread saying at that time in China
19:08 "If you cannot be a good prime minister, you should be a good doctor"
19:11 If I don't do well enough in the imperial examination system to get a position in a government which can garantee a prosperous future
19:15 not good enough to be a prime minister, I can still be a doctor the save lives
19:19 the idea was very good
19:24 For Traditional Chinese Medicine as the history went on till the start of late Qin Dynasty
19:32 Western knowledge stepped on stage in China
19:36 the Meiji Reform, Japan was involved here
19:39 Before MEiji Reform
19:42 Japanese adopted "Han Medicine", which was also Traditional Chinese Medicine
19:45 After Meiji Reform Traditional Chinese Medicine was completely overthrown
19:48 Also Han study, Han medicine, were all overthrown, and thoroughly introduced and adopted western medicine
19:53 Back in China, after the Fourth Movement
19:55 Because western culture kept spreading to China
19:58 People began to admire foreign culture
20:00 From exclusion and resistance at the beginning
20:04 resistant to western knowledge, to gradually accpeted
20:08 After the acceptance Traditional Chinese Medicine was about to be overthown as well
20:11 Because they thought Traditional Chinese Medicine is not "scientific"
20:14 The main reason to overthrow Traditional Chinese Medicine was it being not "scientific"
20:19 Until late Qin Dynasty
20:25 A person with great knowledge appeared
20:29 Do you know who first took the lead to intensely oppose Traditional Chinese Medicine?
20:37 I bet none of you knows because it is uncommon knowledge
20:42 His surname was Yu
20:47 (Some explanation of character Yu)
20:49 His name was Yu Yue, (Some explanation of character Yue)
20:54 He was a Sinology master
20:58 Teacher of Zhang Taiyan
21:02 He was born in 1827, died in 1907 at the age of 80
21:09 very famous
21:11 Teacher of Zhang Taiyan, isn't he knowledgeable!
21:15 Then why did he set up his mind to oppose Traditional Chinese Medicine?
21:18 He had a role as an editor in Hanlin Academy
21:24 Very knowledgeable, you can search about him on the internet
21:29 Later he offended someone in the bureau and it was Zeng Guofan who saved him
21:36 He then left the bureau and start propagating knowledge everywhere
21:39 He had excellent knowledge but he was not a doctor and couldn't treate patients
21:45 Then why did he oppose Traditional Chinese Medicine?
21:47 He was active in East China (regions of Zhejiang, Shanghai now) and gave teachings all around
21:50 had many students, as many as Confucius did, about 3000
21:54 This was Yu Yue, a Sinology master
21:58 His wife played an important role here, he was married at the age of 19, and his wife died when he was 59
22:04 He blamed it all on the doctor who could not cure his wife
22:07 It was a couple with deep affection to each other
22:11 Here's an example of how deep the affection was between the couple
22:13 Once a tooth of his wife's was shed, he kept it in a cup rather than throwing it away
22:18 Waiting until he lost a teech as well and he buried both together
22:23 Isn't it interesting? Dug a hole and get buried together, even just teeth!
22:27 So when his wife died he was extremely miserable, few years after her death
22:32 His oldest son died as well
22:34 Who took the role as Tongzhi (deputy) in the bureau in Henan Province
22:39 Later his second oldest son
22:41 because of infectious diseases
22:43 couldn't get healed, turned to be lunatic
22:47 Series of tragedies made him believe that his family was ruined by incompetent doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine
22:53 Messing around in vain, resulting in an unhappy life of his
22:57 Therefore he harboured all the resentment toward Traditional Chinese Medicine
23:02 blamed all of the responsibility on the doctors, he searched and read many books and references
23:07 wrote a book named "Suo Qiao Bian Yin"
23:11 the first book criticizing Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon
23:14 refuting the content of Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon sentence by sentence
23:17 lecturing everywhere to refute Traditional Chinese Medicine, triggering much attention and discussion
23:23 Several years after his death in 1907
23:29 In 1913
23:40 The first disaster of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China came
23:47 The Ministry of education in the National government proposed
23:52 "The leave-out of Traditional Chinese Medicine", you can search it online
23:57 "The leave-out of Traditional Chinese Medicine", which means all of the subjects, six subjects
24:01 Science, engineering, etc. It is allowed to establish a separate department for these subjects
24:06 except Traditional Chinese Medicine
24:11 When the policy were announced it cause huge opposition
24:15 The situation exacerbated and some of them proposed petitions
24:19 proposed petitionsto the Nanjing government
24:23 After the petition
24:25 Led by Yu Botao
24:28 The Minister of Education then was Hong Daxie
24:33 He studied in Japan
24:36 The Minister of Education
24:37 He by no means approved the existence of government authorized Traditional Chinese Medicine college
24:48 After his successful rebutal he aimed also to eliminate Traditional Chinese Medicine, to stop the inheriting of this knowledge
24:53 disconnection between generation
24:55 If no teachers or schools could teach it, it could become unpopular and go into extinction generation by generation
24:59 directly anniliate Traditional Chinese Medicine and its propagation, and turn all into western medicine colleges
25:03 Later Yu Botao managed to
25:05 maintain the privilege to set up private schools for Traditional Chinese Medicine
25:09 "If the government doesn't set up, the private individuals and organization do" That gave the permission for continuing Traditional Chinese Medicine college
25:13 The dicussion started from 1913
25:19 This was the first disaster for Traditional Chinese Medicine, the government not only rejected to to approve fund for schools
25:27 but also hardly recognize the degree
25:28 If it was set up by private individuals or organization, the degree was just a record, the students were developed their career in their own way without any encouragement or support from the government
25:41 Then the disput and discussion continued until the calamity came
25:46 In 1929, the real disaster came
25:52 Led by the grand-student (student of the student) of Yu Yue
25:57 A grand-student of Yu Yue came on stage out of the blue
26:02 named Yu Yunyou
26:08 (some explanations for his name)
26:11 He had also studied medicine in Japan for 11 years
26:14 A student of Zhang Taiyan's
26:17 proposed a bill to the government
26:21 Abolishment of Traditional Chinese Medicine
26:23 Not just a "leave-out", but also a direct abolishment!
26:27 No diagnozing, no advertising, no licence, no business running
26:32 An absolute root out
26:36 The matter got more attention and response
26:47 The premier then was Wang Jingwei
26:54 He supported the bill
26:57 Because he also used to study in Japan
27:00 So did the Minister of Education Ge Minyi
27:06 Only the Legislative Yuan, who was Sun Yat-sen's son
27:10 He supported the bill of legislations of Traditional Chinese Medicine
27:15 That was to legislate and recognize the importance of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which certainly caused contradiction
27:18 Intense debate were carried out between Executive Yuan and legislature
27:22 The Executive Yuan even passed the motion of abolishing Traditional Chinese Medicine
27:27 A sensational case
27:35 Since it got huge public attention
27:39 Someone came up with an idea to settle it down
27:42 How about operating a contest
27:46 A contest to treat patients
27:50 Let's collect some cases and see which medicine can heal the sickness better, so that we could stop arguing
27:53 Kong Bohua, one of the four famous doctors in Beijing, was asked to participate in the contest on behalf of Traditional Chinese Medicine
27:58 12 patients were collected from the hospital
28:02 Six patients were first chosen by the western medicine side, the remaning six for the Traditional Chinese Medicine side
28:06 six patients for each side
28:08 As it was known that Yu Yunzhou
28:13 became the president of Shanghai western medicine union after he came back from Japan
28:22 He chose 12 patients and 6 first for the western medicine side
28:27 the other 6 that were most difficult to treat were left for Traditional Chinese Medicine side
28:30 There were infectious disease, asthma, and so on
28L36 Serious fever... These patients were left for Traditional Chinese Medicine side to treat
28:39 Kong Bohua was selected as the main doctor for Traditional Chinese Medicine side
28:44 Incredibly soon he healed all the patients' diseases
28:45 much quicker than the western medicine side who had chosen the ones that they thought were easy to treat
28:50 So Traditional Chinese Medicine won a battle
28:51 The vicotry cause huge sensation in Traditional Chinese Medicine profession
28:55 Why was it such a sensation?
28:59 Because if Traditional Chinese Medicine was abolished then the pharmacuetical business would also have bad days
29:03 As no one buys Traditional Chinese Medicine any more, that would be huge trouble
29:08 But it won so they were pleased about that
29:09 they survived their business
29:11 people continued to buy Traditional Chinese Medicine
29:14 if Chinsese medicine are abolished the medical material companies would be bankrupting
29:17 Yet it didn't convice Wang Jingwei as he had passed the bill of abolishing it
29:22 But the fortune for Traditional Chinese Medicine came timely
29:27 It was really more or less from God's plot
29:30 The mother in law of Wang Jingwe suddenly suffered from dysentery
29:36 She had diarrhoea which nearly led to a prolapse of rectum
29:40 She just kept excreting and couldn't stop
29:43 Wang Jingwei was then the Dean of Executive Yuan
29:48 He could find whatever doctors he wanted
29:50 Almost all of the doctors from western medicine across the country were asked to make treatment for his mother in law, but no one succeeded
29:56 Luckily Wang Jingwei was very obedient to his wife
29:59 He didn't allow it be treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine
30:01 His wife was dissented, "No way you bastard, my mum was so sick, how dare you don't even let Traditional Chine
30:07 She was so furious about that and almost tried to beat Wang Jingwei
30:11 She even got him away from home, kept blaming him, "Do you want to watch my mum die in that way?"
30:14 Finally he asked a doctor from Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat his mother in law
30:17 The doctor was Shi Jinmo from Beijing
30:22 One of the four most famous doctor, equally listed with Kong Bohua
30:25 Chen Bijun
30:27 who was Wang Jingwei's wife
30:29 invited him to treat her mother
30:32 Shi jinmo
30:35 had a humble and cautious personality
30:41 He never spoke over the fact
30:44 He often told the patiens, "I can make some prescription for you to try..."
30:47 However, he was a bit abnormal this time
30:50 After he finished diagnozing, he left 10 doses of medicine
30:54 turned his back and got away at once
30:57 Wang's family was puzzled and asked, "So what's the matter? How would it be after taking those 10 doses?"
31:03 Shi Jinmo confidently answered
31:04 After taking 2 doses she can stop the diarrhoea
31:06 After 5 doses she start eating again
31:08 After 10 doses she can walk around
31:11 he left after saying so
31:14 It was really the case, she stopped diarrhoea after 2 doses
31:17 started eating after 5 doses
31:19 got fully healed after 10 doses
31:22 Wang Jingwei couldn't speak a word
31:25 But it was not an end
31:27 At that time celebrity Hu Shi also opposed Traditional Chinese Medicine
31:30 HU Shi was very well known
31:34 He and his followers also opposed Traditional Chinese Medicine
31:37 Because they were making advocation in the Fourth Movement
31:41 Learn from the west in all aspects
31:44 Who could have known that it was Hu Shi's turn to suffer from a really bad illness, he got oedema all across his body
31:48 A kind of oedema suspected to be diabetes
31:52 He asked Lu Zhong'an to heal his disease, after unsuccessful treatments by western medicine
31:56 Lu used Astragalus to heal his disease
32:01 A narrow escape for Hu Shi
32:03 After that Traditional Chinese Medicine side won the debate
32:06 Not until
32:08 1936 did the Legislature formally set up a bill related to Traditional Chinese Medicine
32:17 It was the first time the Chinese enclose the noun "Traditional Chinese Medicine"
32:21 into national legislative documents
32:25 which means it was recognized, similar to the Hong Kong Goverment Gazette
32:29 The noun "Traditional Chinese Medicine" appeared
32:31 which had constitutional status
32:33 In 1936, unfortunately
32:37 Though the bill about Traditional Chinese Medicine was passed
32:39 Japan began its invasion in China in 1937
32:42 It was chaotic during wartime
32:45 So even though the bill was passed, Traditional Chinese Medicine actually didn't acquire furhter development
32:51 Since then Chinese medical art was stagnant
32:54 Back then the precious medical technique and knowledge left by
32:57 Ye Tianshi, Li Shizhen in the late Qin Dynasty was not properly spread and developed
33:03 When did Traditional Chinese Medicine begin flourishing?
33:06 Only after 1949 when the revolution succeeded under the lead of Mao Zedong
33:10 A new Chinese government was established, China began to be ruled by the Communist Party
33:16 Because when Mao Zedong was leading the revolution
33:19 the doctors following the army mostly practised Traditional Chinese Medicine
33:23 serving the army by following
33:27 Many Traditional Chinese Medicine practisioners followed and take part in the revolution
33:30 So they were very familiar with the Traditional Chinese Medicine
33:33 Often they followed their instructions to take herbs, prescriptions, medicated wine or fix and wrap a fractured bone, etc., already knew something about Traditional Chinese Medicine
33:42 Till 1950s, Yu Yunzhou hadn't given in his prejudice on Traditional Chinese Medicine
33:51 another plan was made
33:53 Yet this time not to abolish Traditional Chinese Medicine
33:55 but to reform Traditional Chinese Medicine
33:59 He proposed to abbolish Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1929
34:03 which wasn't passed and a series of debate and challenge were made
34:05 After PRC were established he became a member of the Health Committee

34:13 Yu Yunzhou
34:15 proposed a plan again to reform Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Communist world
34:19 which require all Traditional Chinese Medicine to learn from western medicine
34:26 It triggered controversy and debate again, that drew Mao Zedong's attention
34:32 It must be God's will again
34:35 Turned out there was once when Mao Zedong worked in Tianjin and suffered from a serious illness
34:41 None of the doctors could heal his illness
34:43 In Shandong, which locates near Tianjin
34:49 there was a Traditional Chinese Medicine practisioner whose name was Liu Huiwen
34:54 A famous doctor
34:57 He spoke to Mao: "Dear chairman please make an order to give me four hao (0.4 yuan)
35:00 Mao asked: "With just 4 hao you can heal my disease?"
35:02 Doctor Liu: "Leave it to me" and he went and collected 2 doses of medicine
35:04 After taking the medicine he recovered so he always kept it in mind
35:07 Therefore Mao made a quick and important decision on the Traditional Chinese Medicine plan
35:11 where it was not a reformation for Traditional Chinese Medicine, nor did Traditional Chinese Medicine need to learn from western medicine
35:16 It was on the contrary western medicine that should learn from Traditional Chinese Medicine!
35:20 Hence later for those who learned western medicine
35:23 they combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment for patients
35:24 In China, all those who learned western medicine had to learn Traditional Chinese Medicine
35:29 Unfortunately as those western medicine learners just regarded Traditional Chinese Medicine as an addition
35:31 so they couldn't take in all the knowledge from Traditional Chinese Medicine
35:34 not learning the full version, therefore till now
35:37 In HK, many Traditional Chinese medicine practitioner who claimed to know Traditional Chinese medicine from mainland China
35:40 They were actually transit their study from western medicine to traditional Chinese medicine
35:42 They were commonly not professional and excellent in Traditional Chinese medicine
35:45 They know a part of it but don't have excellent knowledge
35:49 They are not proficient
35:54 They didn't learn the system completely
35:59 Zhou Enlai had received someone who treated against a serious plague
36:08 Someone you can search online
36:11 A famous doctor named Pu Fuzhou
36:14 He was a master, (some explanation of his name)
36:19 (some explanations of his name)
36:21 He had excellent physiognomy, you can search him online
36:25 He saved many lives during the pestilence outbreak
36:31 Since Mao made a decision on the plan for Traditional Chinese medicine
36:37 Five major medical school were formally set up in China
36:42 Nanjing, Chengdu, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, five major medical college
36:48 They have kept developing after established
36:50 till now
36:52 Because Mao's decision that western medicine should learn from traditional Chinese medicine
36:57 since it was made by Mao
36:59 western medicine should learn from traditional Chinese medicine
37:01 Chinese's life expectancy had increased
37:05 the population was about 50 million in Song andM Ming Dynasty
37:09 it was always less than 100M, in Qin Dynasty, it reached 200M
37:14 later rised up to 400M
37:18 Because of the greater longevity, people could live up to the age of over 70
37:22 So.. because of the medicine they used
37:25 After western medicine started learning from Traditional Chinese medicine, many diseases could be cured
37:31 Which make people hard to die of diseases so they lived longer
37:36 We had some statistics
37:42 In the 21th century, 2004, 2005 or so
37:48 there were about 300M population in United States
37:52 those who had to received heart surgeries, such as Angioplasty or Coronary artery bypass surgery, was over 1 million
37:59 1 million
38:02 which costed 15 trillion dollars
38:08 It was in 2004
38:12 The same year the population of China was 1.1 to 1.2 trillion
38:17 Yet the number of our cases was just 110,000
38:23 A huge difference, why?
38:27 Because there were many people who took Traditional Chinese medicine for heart diseases such as rescue pill, heart tonic pills etc.
38:32 They do so even if the patients finished their heart surgeries
38:38 This led to the fact that nowadays the doctors in China would prescribe Traditional Chinese medicine for heart diseases for the patients
38:44 which improved the longevity of Chinese
38:46 they live longer
38:51 But we shouldn't resist western medicine
39:03 and take viewpoint that western medicine is not good
39:05 or to blame that Traditional Chinese medicine is not enough
39:07 or to blame that western medicine is not enough
39:09 These are all biased point of view
39:10 Because both of their research objects are human
38:13 Take a simplest example, if our oesophagus is lack of strength
39:20 For Traditional Chinese medicine there are no endoscopies aiding to know if there are any inflammations
39:24 Since you cannot make the examination without the help of endoscopy, you can't exclude the possibility of sores
39:32 Yet for western medicine you are able to do examination of the diseases, but you still don't know whether the oesophagus
39:37 the sympathetic nervous system, or Jing Luo, is blocked
39:43 Because the technology nowadays still cannot visualize Jing Luo in human body
39:47 The debate between Chinese and western medicine continues
39:50 which generate conflicts and disparity, and it is human itself who bear the fruit at last
39:56 the patient is person who suffers
39:58 Both medicine cannot be combined together to make diagnosis and treatment
40:02 Therefore nowadays, In China
40:06 there's a crisis, a crisis of western medicine learning from Traidional Chinese medicine
40:10 Their major is western medicine, but then pushed to learn Traidional Chinese medicine, yet the training and practising time is so short that they are not proficient on this field
40:16 When they are making diagnosis, for convenience they diagnoze by on western medicine first
40:22 Normally they give you some injections, drips or western medicine prescriptions and see what happens next
40:26 If any changes occurs they make adjustment based on some of their Traditional Chinese medicine knowledge
40:31 they put the focus on western medicine
40:35 However, the value of Traditional Chinese medicine were far from being fully exploited
40:38 It is difficult for those with excellent Traditional Chinese medicine knowledge to find a good student
40:44 In HK, many traditional Chinese medicine college were opened up, yet lack of support from the government after that
40:50 Furthermore many students didn't have a great prospect after graduation
40:53 because they didn't get any chances to practise
40:55 So I have mentioned in previous videos that the government should evacuate some of the municipal buildings to
41:02 make room for more traditional Chinese medicine clinics, or western medicine clinics, or laboratories, to build up a all-in-one full service for the patients
41:09 There are so many municipal buildings that are vacant
41:11 Why don't the government make room for the graduated traditional Chinese medicine students to server for the public?
41:17 since it is so convenient with the internet nowadays
41:19 if any difficult diseases are presented, the student could ask the teachers for help via the internet
41:26 But in my personal point of view Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine should be combined and cooperate to treat diseases
41:32 they should coorperate with each other
41:33 But the two systems of medicine
41:35 compared to the Veda medicine I have learned
41:39 If it may sound imprudent, both systems of medicine were originated from Veda medicine
41:45 Therefore in India the medicine is not separate
41:50 There is only on kind of medicine which is Veda medicine, to cure human diseases
41:53 Neither western medicine, except surgeries, nor the eastern medicine, not any disparity between medicine exists in India
41:59 Because there are over 5000 years of Veda medicine history, a subject based on human
42:04 So our orientation are more basic and natural, there designed a set of Yoga art
42:12 Ensuring people not to get sick
42:15 If there is no diseases, there is no need for treatment, that's the aim of our Yoga art
42:18 The set of Yoga art were created by more than 50 people who had metal achievements, through meditation
42:26 it is based on the human structure to design the set of Yoga art and spread it out
42:33 It suggest people to immitate the posture of animals in the exercise
42:37 For example, last time I taught you how to curl up your neck and twist like this
42:43 it is one of the methods that extracted by learning the posture of animals, you can practise it to keep healthy
42:49 Therefore our Yoga art are able to keep you from getting illness
42:53 the entire knowledge of medicine, be it from eastern or western
42:57 They all came from Veda medicine in ancient India
43:01 I believe that human as such clever beings with wisdom, are responsible
43:06 to combine the two system of medicine from both the west and the east, we should coorperate together
43:13 with whatever form or method we use
43:15 Therefore I said last time that Ko Wing Man ( the Secretary for Food and Health of Hong Kong)
43:18 they have already held a Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine Conference in 2008
43:23 I hope that Dr Ko can keep flourishing and developing the combination of medicine
43:26 The two medical system should not fight against each other
43:30 they shouldn't resist and devalue each other
43:33 Both systems have their own strength
43:35 They have their own long suit
43:37 If it is for the sake of the human health and happiness
43:42 Prejudice should be thrown away
43:45 A part of the work should be done by the public
43:51 Due to the fact that some businessmen in capitalist societies
43:56 especially the bosses of pharmaceutical companies
43:59 For the purpose of keeping a good performance in the market given the really expensive cost of developing new drugs
44:04 they made use of various tactics and exerted the influence in different area
44:10 immersed into the administrative structure of different countries, resulting in a must for many countries to buy their drugs
44:15 HK is among one of those governments
44:17 Why the children cannot go to school without receiving the 8 or 10 vaccinations?
44:24 It turns out to be a compulsion to receive vaccinations, are they all necessity?
44:28 Is it effective after receiving it?
44:31 Or shall we buy another drug or from another pharmaceutial company if it is better?
44:37 these are all questions needed to be discussed
44:39 Without discussion, some pharma-companies with bad intentions
44:46 through illegal means
44:49 for example in China it was exposed
44:52 that some pharma-companies bribed some angency with 4 billion
44:56 which was reported in newspaper where we all get the news from
44:59 They took advantages of illegal tactics and conspired with doctors who can be bribed
45:07 making those companies the tyrants in the pharmaceutical industry
45:10 everyone has to work for them
45:15 their drugs are extremely expensive
45:16 So I always feel strange
45:19 India has more than 1 billion population
45:21 Would it sound fair that they don't value their people's lives?
45:23 Now HK goverment have boycotted drugs from India
45:28 Why on earth?
45:31 Why don't you import drugs from India?
45:33 Fine, Suppose, as an HK citizen, I am willing to take the risk
45:38 I choose to use India drugs and the government doesn't have to take any responsibilty because the government is incapable to save my life
45:42 Nearly 20,000 for a dose of target drug, which only cost 1,800 if I buy it from India
45:47 so that I avoid to get poor for the cost of medical treatment
45:50 why doesn't the goverment implement such policies?
45:52 To those who claimed to love the country and love HK, the Liaison Office, and the central government
45:56 and those officials who claimed to love the country and love the people, please think it twice
46:02 right?
46:05 It is so miserable, a disaster, for the poor to get ill
46:13 I don't usually speak that much, look, no cheat sheet at all!
46:18 An impromptu talk, there is much more to speak out
46:23 Still a lot more to say
46:25 Some net friends asked how to treat shingles
46:28 Very simple, if you really want to argue
46:32 I am not questioning the doctors in Hospital Authority
46:36 If you can pick up two patients by chance
46:40 or several patients, and we treat them separately
46:42 Two more people to join me
46:51 I am the leader, three people
46:53 A repeat of the contest in 1929, 12 patients be collected
46:59 six for your side and six for my side, let's see the patients from which side first get healed
47:02 I don't have a doctor license
47:05 Yet not to mean that I don't know medicine
47:08 I have studied Veda medicine, with a Budda degree
47:12 Within Buddism, there is medicine
47:15 I don't have to get a doctor license because I don't earn my living by that
47:20 The same when I want to be a lawyer and get a degree in law
47:27 I don't have to get the license
47:28 But you can't deny that I have professional knowledge of law
47:35 So for the stablity of the society
47:38 and for the safety of our compatriots
47:44 I spoke out more today to let you have some knowledge
47:48 The reform of medical system in the future is enduring and difficult
47:53 the current medical insurance system
47:56 the establishment of medical insurance plan is far from a full stop for the government to fulfill their responsibility
48:01 After the medical insurance plan was set up, more problems would emerge
48:05 The first question from the doctor when diagnosing the patients is whether the patient has bought insurance?
48:09 If yes, the doctor would try the best to use up the insurance claims, with unnecessary checking and scannings
48:14 How could we find out a solution for the current conflicts?
48:19 A many more people for investigations are needed
48:22 It's not just a task for this generation
48:24 Of course I have currentloy sent many letters to the Chinese government
48:29 with the information from HK attached
48:33 I have made it clear that I will be the whistle-blower, for example exposing scandals from Hospital Authority recently
48:38 because there are too many medical accidents
48:40 By formal and legal means I gave the data to my friends in China
48:43 some departments in the Chinese government who have coorperation with me
48:46 I convey the idea to them that the problem must be solved
48:49 not only in HK but in mainland China
48:51 If it is not settled
48:53 The tyrants in medicine and pharmaceutical industry would harm our society
48:57 The same problem in US economy because of the medical insurance system
49:02 it really hit Obama's nerves and still not settled
49:08 I hope that all the doctors
48:11 should have conscience and keep your social responsibility in mind
49:16 especially some aged doctors because you don't have to go for the authority
49:19 I hope you can propose some good suggestions for the current medical system
48:27 Currently there is a serious lack of health care workers in HK, do you have any suggestions Dr?
49:34 Very simple advice, it is time consuming and expensive to train doctors or health care workers
49:44 you could put your eye on the talents from other countries, who has 8 or 10 years experience
49:52 they can be recruited after examination in HK
49:56 However for HK it is not enough
50:00 Those developers and rich people should sponsor to build laboratories
50:05 laboratory
50:06 not simple clinic
50:09 at the same time they should advocate
50:12 the separation between health care and pharmaceutical industry
50:17 because nowadays the doctor also distribute drugs
50:20 So in order to sell the drugs
50:22 and get the commission, which tempt them into prescribing more drugs
50:26 it is even worse for the insurance system
50:25 They prescibe according to the insurance sheet
50:33 For example, if your insurance coverage is 1000, they wrote a prescription valued 800 to 900
50:37 Very accurate
50:39 So when you are seeing a doctor the first thing they ask is whether you have bought insurance
50:43 then ask for the insurance coverage
50:48 all under calculation
50:50 if your coverage is high then more sheets, more scanning and checking, and more procedure to go through, so as to get more commission
50:57 So... a few days earlier
50:59 Not sure if it's related to us, I don't want to exagerate
51:02 After our program came out someone required the government to improve the medical policies
51:06 The HK goverment announced two days later that a special meetings was to be held immediately
51:12 targeting on the issue of separating the doctors and the drug industry
51:17 those two has long been separted abroad
51:21 If not, there would be conflicts, being a doctor and selling drugs at the same time
51:26 In ancient China doctors would not sell drugs at the same time
51:28 For example if I am a traditional Chinese medicine practioner, after I treat a patient, I will write prescriptions for the patient and the patient will buy the drugs themselves
51:33 So there's no conflicts
51:34 if I sell drugs at the same time, I will prescribe more drugs for you to buy in order to make it more profitable
51:39 there exists conflicts
51:40 (the separation) it is a good start
51:42 But many countries in the world such as Taiwan, the doctors do not sell drugs
51:47 They just write prescriptions, and you can choose whichever pharmacy store you like
51:52 no conflicts exist
51:54 it worth support and propelling, but it's too late to start, they should have done it much earlier
52:02 Traditional Chinese medicine used to be commented by some famous German doctors during a meeting
52:07 Someone asked the German doctors what do they think about traditional Chinese medicine since it has treated so many incurable diseases
52:13 They had the following comments
52:17 Traditional Chinese medicine is not scientific, old-fashioned and ambugious
52:22 But it does heal diseases
52:25 Western medicine is scientific, clear and logical, but it does not heal diseases
52:31 that's their comments
52:35 Then what should it be?
52:39 Then we should combine the two

1
00:00:00,000 --> 00:00:03,940
You just mentioned “time”, “space”, and “consciousness”… This can’t be talked about
2
00:00:04,280 --> 00:00:10,540
What is the reason of not talking? People won’t understand even after explanation
3
00:00:12,100 --> 00:00:16,960
But you can think about them. I won’t tell, what you think is what you understand.
4
00:00:16,960 --> 00:00:26,680
You have to pay a lot for me to teach you these. Knowledge is very valuable. You need to delicately seek
for knowledge from different ways. I do not owe you anything, why shall I tell you? I shall keep you blind
from the truth.
5
00:00:27,200 --> 00:00:31,660
First, how is “time” constructed? You need to know this first.
6
00:00:32,600 --> 00:00:39,900
Second, what is “time” in the universe? What is “time” regarded as?
7
00:00:40,460 --> 00:00:45,560
You need to solve these two questions. Otherwise, you always say “time”, “time”, you say it like a parrot.
8
00:00:45,560 --> 00:00:51,020
What is “time”, and how does it construct? These are the primary importance.
9
00:00:51,060 --> 00:00:56,480
Okay, second, what is “space” in the universe?
10
00:00:57,080 --> 00:01:05,000
How is “space” constructed, you need to know it because of its presence.
11
00:01:05,660 --> 00:01:11,820
“Consciousness” is more mysterious. Where is your “consciousness” before you appear in this world?
12
00:01:12,600 --> 00:01:16,980
How does it hide? It is equal to “Qi Gong” I mentioned last episode.
13
00:01:16,980 --> 00:01:21,120
How does it hide in the universe? How does it hide inside a body?
14
00:01:21,600 --> 00:01:27,860
Equally, this “consciousness” is a dynamic, where does it hide before it appears?
15
00:01:28,420 --> 00:01:39,860
Attempt to solve these questions, without guidance, you will not understand even spending a lifetime
thinking.
16
00:01:39,860 --> 00:01:43,280
Don’t even think about how to use them, right?
17
00:01:43,280 --> 00:01:47,760
Therefore, my “Millennium Blessing” is about earth, water, fire, air, time, space and consciousness.
18
00:01:47,760 --> 00:01:52,760
It involved various universal powers. It is magnificent if you know how to use them.
19
00:01:52,760 --> 00:02:00,820
For instance, if you work with the communists in mainland China, and talk to Chinese leaders. They
would brush you off, and forgot all of your words in a minute.
20
00:02:00,820 --> 00:02:03,680
But why is it effective for me to say a sentence to them?
21
00:02:03,680 --> 00:02:08,820
This is the matter of time.
22
00:02:08,820 --> 00:02:18,440
In those years, I influenced the Communist Party of China Central Committees, I did not ask them to
abandon Marxism.
23
00:02:18,640 --> 00:02:24,940
But I said a sentence in a specific time and space, then they had to adjust.
24
00:02:25,220 --> 00:02:31,940
I used “time”, “space” and “consciousness” to create the Institute of Moral Science of the Renmin
University of China.
25
00:02:32,340 --> 00:02:38,520
I said: “Minister, today’s world is differ from the world of Karl Marx.”
26
00:02:38,920 --> 00:02:43,720
The minister was sitting in a car with me in HK to participant a large event.
27
00:02:44,220 --> 00:02:48,320
I asked him: “If the driver leaves the car key with you now, do you know how to drive?” He was stunned
instantly.
28
00:02:48,540 --> 00:02:55,540
He answered “no”, his mind was completely blank. I continue to said:” Think about it, there was no car in
Marx’s time.
29
00:02:56,660 --> 00:03:04,220
Therefore the ideas he created is not sufficient nowadays. Now we need to learn driving.”
30
00:03:04,780 --> 00:03:10,480
He was a clever man, I said the communist party required their members
31
00:03:10,900 --> 00:03:14,800
to learn from Lei Feng. To learn from the spirit of serving the people wholeheartedly. This was outdated.
32
00:03:14,920 --> 00:03:20,780
Lei Feng died because he stood in a wrong place when he was directing a car to drive backward. The car
hit down an electric pole, the electric pole fell down and hit on the left temple of Lei Feng’s head.
33
00:03:20,780 --> 00:03:26,700
What’s your comment? This is silly, he directed the car backward
34
00:03:26,700 --> 00:03:34,020
and died this way. Thus the Communist party is very funny to ask us to learn Lei Feng.
35
00:03:34,360 --> 00:03:42,260
Right? New for three years, old for three years, sew and mend for three years (The spirit of Lei Feng of
unselfish serving). Completely stupid. Rather than learning some useful stuffs, they learn this shitty stuff.
36
00:03:42,260 --> 00:03:46,920
Therefore, you may talk to the uncivilized people in the villages about this.
37
00:03:46,920 --> 00:03:52,360
But in todays open society, everyone is educated.
38
00:03:52,360 --> 00:03:57,680
You still use these outdated stuffs, and embrace the culture of power struggles in HK, you are doomed by
yourself.
39
00:03:58,000 --> 00:04:03,640
Before the last decade, no Hong Kong people don’t like to be returned to China.
40
00:04:04,140 --> 00:04:07,400
Why we are more alienated from China after the last decade?
41
00:04:08,380 --> 00:04:12,620
Right? You communism party need to review yourself, because your way of work is not pragmatic
anymore.
42
00:04:13,020 --> 00:04:18,760
Thus they are all wrong. I suggested them to stop using Marxism many years ago. I said: Marxism has
not been sufficient.
43
00:04:19,200 --> 00:04:24,680
They awaked, I said to them : “The moral of the party’s members need to be reconstruct. “
44
00:04:24,900 --> 00:04:28,420
You can’t request party’s members to sacrifice only.
45
00:04:28,820 --> 00:04:34,360
You just pay a thousand monthly salary for a governor, it’s abnormal if they don’t corrupt, how can they
work (for 1000 RMB)?
46
00:04:34,680 --> 00:04:39,900
Right? Stupid, self-deceiving, thus this world is very miserable.
47
00:04:39,900 --> 00:04:45,720
And thus I established the Institute of Moral Science of the Renmin University of China.
48
00:04:45,720 --> 00:04:51,040
It showed our modern moral standard to the party’s members.
49
00:04:52,340 --> 00:04:58,080
It is pointless to set a very high standard if you can’t achieve it. Pretending to be great is pointless.
50
00:04:58,080 --> 00:05:06,700
(Chinese doctrines always have a very high standard) Thus we use our wisdom to observe every
problem.
51
00:05:06,700 --> 00:05:14,040
And we use “time”, “space” and “consciousness” to achieve a task. This is practical in this world.
52
00:05:14,040 --> 00:05:20,460
But this is still distanced from my requirement. I need to extricate from the universal binding power. This
is difficult.
53
00:05:20,760 --> 00:05:24,880
This is not easy, why is it not easy? Let me give an example
54
00:05:25,620 --> 00:05:32,220
We said last time a taxi driving won’t give you the change back, you will have conflict with him
55
00:05:32,220 --> 00:05:36,200
That’s failure to go to the beyond (controlling impulsiveness), this is called “view delusion”
56
00:05:36,620 --> 00:05:41,440
You failed to control the phenomenon which appears in front of you.
57
00:05:41,680 --> 00:05:48,260
Right, the taxi driver doesn’t give the change back
58
00:05:48,700 --> 00:06:01,380
Realistically, You need to have the force to cut a 40 km wide river, then you can cut this “view delusion”
59
00:06:02,840 --> 00:06:08,800
Practice is not easy. Okay, if one can cut this “view delusion”, one can leave three realms (Trailokya), and
stay there
60
00:06:08,800 --> 00:06:19,800
This is the first step of “Arahattamagga”, even if you achieve the last “Arahattaphala”, the “delusion of
thoughts” has not ceased.
61
00:06:20,600 --> 00:06:26,480
That is the invisible activity of the mind, and it is a dynamic created by your mind.
62
00:06:26,980 --> 00:06:31,280
Although “Arahattaphala” is out of three realms (Trailokya), the “delusion of thoughts” has not ceased,
thus they still have negative emotions (kilesa).
63
00:06:31,900 --> 00:06:40,620
They have not become the enlightened one, so it is not easy for a lay person to cease “view illusion”, it
requires the force to cut a 40km wide river.
64
00:06:40,620 --> 00:06:45,580
That’s gone to the beyond (controlling impulsiveness), easier said than done
65
00:06:45,580 --> 00:06:51,720
it is very easy to say. One may be proud of doing meditation (but in reality, he/she is nothing).

Never touch it; you have to hold your principle
11
00:00:32,000->00:00:36,000
But that is based on some conditions. At least I could win Triple Trio several
times
00.37-00.40
Those experience was really fantastic
00.41-00.42
I do know that is very fantastic
00.43-00.44
The point is you cannot win Triple Trio easily
00.45-0.47
My experience is very interesting
00.48-00.49
What do you mean
00.50-00.59
That was that I was reading a newspaper. Some names of the racing horses suddenly
drew my attention. They made you to bet them
01.00-01.06
In other words, you found some horses’ names on the newspaper very outstanding,
and made you bet them
01.07-01.08
I don’t know horse racing, nor doing research on it
01.09-01.11
The most magical one is that I was having lunch in Zhuhai
01.10-01.16
I saw there was a piece of old newspaper
01.17-01.26
That was a piece of horse racing newspaper
01.27-01.31
Because the race hadn’t started, I found I could make a bet
01.32-01.40
I suddenly asked my Indo student, and a famous Chinese Opera actress Qiong Xia
01.41-01.56
On that day, Qiong Xia knew me that I was at Foshan, so she had lunch with me. In
that lunch gathering, there was another guest who was a senior staff of the Bank of
America. I asked them to make a bet because I was phoning back Hong Kong to make
a bet
01.57-02.15
I really asked them. They did not want to make a bet but my Indo student. He bought
0.1 bet
02.16-02.21
Eventually, he won 600 thousand dollars. We learnt that at 6.00pm on that day
02.22-02.34
I had asked Qiong Xia, but she did make a bet. I won 500 thousand dollars
02.35-02.40
That was really coincidental, having lunch in Foshan, I realized a piece of old
newspaper unconsciously
02.41-03.00
Another time was not about buying triple trio, I got a horse racing newspaper
unintentionally. In the newspaper, I randomly chose four bets from racing tips.
Finally, I won three out of four. I won over 4 million dollars
03.01-03.07
If I had won all tips, I may have won a lot of money because that was quinella
03.08-03.14
If the winning was seven times, It may have been 200 million dollars. I was really
afraid.
03.15-03.16
Why you felt afraid
03.17-03.25
I was afraid others laughed at me because they did not win while betting so long
time. But I won by randomly buying some tips
03.26-03.30
I have a lot of inspiration. That is really the time-space-mind effort.
03.31-03.47
One time, I used a sum of money. I did not think too much about. I thought I would
put the money back. But I won a triple trio, which I had not expected.
03.48-04.00
That is the fact. I have disclosed some of the secrets. I am not making myths. Those
are real experience
04.01-04.06
That is why I ask you folks to prepare the mineral water and then put a piece of pearl
in it, and then bless it. That is what I do every day.
04.07-04.15
I am used to bless everybody who has relation to me
04.16-04.17
Somebody asked me why I require you folks to donate some money before buying
my pearl
04.18-04.20
I think we cannot reverse the causality
04.21-04.29
Firstly, you donate some money to Tung Wah organization, then you use the blessed
mineral water. That is because you have done good deed
04.30-04.39
In other words, you sow some seeds. I help you via blessing to facilitate the growing
of your seeds. This is to complete the causality phenomenon
04.40-04.53
I require you folks to donate money to Tung Wah organization, so I need to explain
my rationale a bit. It is because the result cannot exist in prior to the cause

1
00:00:00,000 --> 00:00:03,540
Now I can remind you folks several things.
2
00:00:03,540 --> 00:00:08,560
First of all, the most important one is that human being has to avoid two faults.
3
00:00:08,560 --> 00:00:16,000
First, you folks have to know everyone who commit "nonreflectivity". What is "nonreflectivity"?
4
00:00:16,500 --> 00:00:29,180
Say, none of us can directly look at our own face from birth to death.
5
00:00:30,160 --> 00:00:35,860
Then, what can you see when you cannot directly see your own face?
6
00:00:35,860 --> 00:00:41,620
You may think of making use of other media to help you out. This is "nonreflectivityy".
7
00:00:41,620 --> 00:00:46,000
In other words, from the day of birth, a character of your life has formed by other media.
8
00:00:46,000 --> 00:00:54,280
At the end, you undergo the whole process but do not know what is going on. This is "nonreflectivity".
9
00:00:54,480 --> 00:00:57,920
Second, we call another type of fault is "overlooking the present"
10
00:00:57,920 --> 00:01:03,960
Say, you put a lamp on a table. It brights everywhere, so you think you can see everything clearly.
11
00:01:03,960 --> 00:01:06,820
But, the area under the lamp is still dark.
12
00:01:06,820 --> 00:01:13,720
That is why so many people doing business encounter difficulties though they are well educated
13
00:01:13,720 --> 00:01:19,420
Barristers at the end may offend the law or fall into a legal trap.
14
00:01:19,800 --> 00:01:27,680
Some people are opinionated. Believing themselves are well educated, they are always wicked to only think how to associate with different people in power.
15
00:01:27,680 --> 00:01:32,680
Eventually, they get in trouble. This is "overlooking the present". They cannot realize the trap.
16
00:01:33,120 --> 00:01:40,400
Especially people in power such as the Communist Party. They won their land.
17
00:01:40,400 --> 00:01:43,620
Up to now, they have earned some money
18
00:01:44,020 --> 00:01:50,440
With peasants' sweat and blood, and with the natural resources in China
19
00:01:50,740 --> 00:01:54,660
They take away the assets of the nation by trick
20
00:01:54,920 --> 00:02:00,640
They often believe themselves are great. That is "overlooking the present". Rarely do they realize the vulnerability of the current China
21
00:02:01,020 --> 00:02:05,720
China is vulnerable currently for sure. So folks you need to understand what is "overlooking the present".
22
00:02:06,200 --> 00:02:10,780
It obviously shows that human being is innocent
23
00:02:11,660 --> 00:02:18,500
A decade ago, Chinese University of Hong Kong had a orientation day
24
00:02:19,000 --> 00:02:25,400
The student invited me to give a talk
25
00:02:25,400 --> 00:02:30,720
On that day, I simply said "kids, you come to study in university"
26
00:02:30,720 --> 00:02:37,500
When you leave the university, what the university gives you is the graduation certificate. It is merely a "meal ticket"
27
00:02:38,040 --> 00:02:42,460
It is a ticket you may rely on to earn your life
28
00:02:42,460 --> 00:02:47,320
It gives your employer a reference to offer you the salary
29
00:02:47,900 --> 00:02:55,400
You folks have not known everything, even in your specialty
30
00:02:55,680 --> 00:03:01,080
I said, "Meat sellers sometimes are more capable than you, they can chop the meat in a particular size and weight accurately"
31
00:03:01,400 --> 00:03:04,160
"f you do not believe what I am saying, you may try to chop the meat by yourself
32
00:03:04,160 --> 00:03:08,720
Knowledge is unlimited, you folks have to learn how to be humble

If you can learn and use medical therapies very well
Till you have profound understanding and experience
Your fingers could be used as needles in acupuncture, the field (Qi) around your fingers can replace the actual poking from needles
When your fingers are trained more powerful
You can help to press and expel those…
Those stagnant knots, called stagnant field (Qi)

At the same time you can treat the affected part with a kind of technique
Right? If you know that technique
Plus a piece of wood
I have showed you Phoebe nanmu before, but you don’t have to use that kind of wood
Instead you can make yourself a piece of hardwood or teak
So that you can help others
Relax the joints, pelvis, and ligaments
Before they are calcified and hardened
Once it’s hardened there’s no way to relax and clear the blocks just by hand
So you use a piece of wooden prisms to crush the blocks
Make use of the counterforce from human body, if you don’t have a helper
You can use the doorframe
As we mentioned before
Open the door of your kitchen or toilet, rub your body by the doorframe
Standing there with your hands as support, rub on wherever you feel uncomfortable or painful
Ten to twenty seconds
Toggling the strength, loose, tight, loose, tight…
Make use of the counterforce, then relax your body with your hands
It’s good for your health, much better than indulging in your phones
Moreover when you’re learning chiropractic
You’ll get in touch with many basic principles of medicine
You soon realize
That human body is very much full of mysteries
You will learn much knowledge by that, won’t you?

So when I know there’re many young people trying to learn it
I am very glad
First of all, so that they are able to help their own family
Second, they can help themselves
Also they are able to provide true knowledge when asked by some friends
Teach their friends to explore some acupuncture points
How to use therapeutic jade tablet
A wooden prism, your hands, and a map of acupuncture point
In combined with natural mineral water
Could keep you healthy and longevous
It is of most importance that you know how to treat yourself
It has always to be the second option to find a doctor for some prescription
You have to know some basic therapeutic methods
Now next question
Dr Kwok – self-healing therapy by wooden prism
Some feedback from the audiences, they followed your advices to practice exercises
And stopped all the injections or medicine
Surprisingly the pain that has lasted for years disappeared
Simply treated by using the wooden prism
What on earth is that kind of medical therapy?
It is not a kind of medical therapy
If it was my method that have treated you, then it can be called medical therapy
Yet it’s not
The wooden prism is used to stimulate
And awaken your nervous system
You were treated by yourself
We have to be very clear about this
When people with pain or diseases come to ask for help and it does get cured
We are not the ones who treats you
If I usurp it as my own contribution, snatching the credit of Mother Nature
as my own credit, I would suffer from misfortune in the future
It is you who have treated yourself
Explicitly speaking, there used to be some stagnation in your meridian or Qimai
Then by using our wooden prism
It reactivates those functions of your nervous system
So that you treat yourself
Human body itself can produce many drugs
To treat itself
Therefore we must drink natural mineral water
We must eat plants with good quality
Most importantly, once you get ill
You should switch to a simple diet immediately (avoid meat, salt, oily and processed food)
Drink good water and get enough sunshine
Or you should find a doctor to take a check
To see what sort of vitamin your body is lacking
Supplement the needed vitamins
And some other fundamental elements
When there’re enough vitamins and minerals
Our body would automatically assemble the needed medicine
So if there are any deficiencies in our body
Our body can bring those medicine together
And start the self-healing function
If there’re not enough elements, this function wouldn’t work
So it’s so important to have good water
It is not me but you who manage to treat your disease
If they also practise exercises
Notice that practising exercises is very important to keeping yourself healthy
As the proverb says, people will not get rotten if the blood is flowing
The meridian moves as our body runs
1.48
Such that those inactive or resting nerves can be activated
It is from the original Indian Veda practise
I can’t say that I have treated your disease, that would make mistakes
It’s actually you who have treated yourself
We acted like an agent and to awaken your nerves
Of course the wooden prism is attached with my incantation
I don’t mind revealing a bit of secret here in the public
There’s a set of incantation attached
I have kept practising the set of incantation for decades
That’s why when some people come with an intention to steal the technique
I won’t keep an eye on it, steal it as you like
It’s your business as to whether it works or not
2.30
